Where the money comes from
Last updated: June 2026
GLP-1 Savers is a reader-supported, independent deals desk. When you click through to a program and sign up, we may earn a commission — at no additional cost to you. That commission funds our price-tracking, the ongoing re-checking of what programs actually charge, and keeping this site free. A site that tells you where to save money has to be straight about how it earns, so here it is, in plain terms.
Partner vs. editorial
We have affiliate partnerships with some, but not all, of the programs we track. Every deal card carries a label:
- Partner — we earn a commission if you sign up through our link, and we may give them promotional emphasis (for example, the Deal of the Week spotlight or a highlighted card). Always labeled.
- Editorial — no commercial relationship. We list and score them anyway, because a “cheapest deal” site that hides the cheapest option when it doesn't pay us isn't worth your trust.
The Value Score is independent. Emphasis is labeled.
Our Value Score is editorial judgment formed under the same six weighted factors for every program — see our methodology. A commercial relationship never adds points to a score, and a program that's a bad deal is scored like one whether it pays us or not — that's exactly why a partner can rank below an editorial pick on price. What a partnership can influence is promotional emphasis — the spotlight, featured cards, how often we write about a program — and we label that emphasis wherever it appears.
Who we are
GLP-1 Savers is operated by an independent publisher. We are not a medical provider, pharmacy, or telehealth company, and we are not affiliated with any program or drug manufacturer beyond standard affiliate agreements. We do not cover every program in the market; the ones we track reflect our editorial priorities and reader interest.
Not medical advice
Choosing a GLP-1 program is a personal health decision, and our deal rankings are a research starting point — not medical advice. Compounded GLP-1 medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products. Always consult a licensed clinician before starting any medication. Pricing, availability and regulatory status change constantly — confirm current details on the program's own site. See our medical disclaimer.
